Easter Weekend

Easter Weekend was busy for us!  On Saturday Jeff went through the Logan temple and took out his endowments.  It was exciting to be able to go and support him.  Norman was kind and stayed with our runny nosed kids so I could go support Jeff on his special day.  We crashed Jeff and Heidi's and totally took over in our usual fashion.

Megan decided it would be fun to teach brother how to dance.  She would not let us lay him down.

On Sunday we went to Elwood.  You know, the Easter Bunny must love farms because he's much more generous to my kids up there than in Salt Lake.  I should have taken a picture of the baskets, but not everything fit in the basket anyways, so I guess that wouldn't have done much :)

Megan found her dolly on the ground and was soooo excited and ran over to my mom and said "Grandma! Help!" as she needed help opening the package.  It's a good thing that was intended for Megan because otherwise Meg would have been incredibly sad.

We of course had to go see the horses.

Jeff did a super model pose for me...well...this is as close to a super model as Jeff can get :)

This picture cracks me up because it looks like Jeff has horns.  Mara was fascinated by the horses.

There was a cat in the barn and I said to Megan "Give it a kiss". This was before I thought about the fact that the cat might not be tame. Luckily it was a nice kitty and was ok with a little toddler petting it.

The weather was soooo nice and it was relaxing just to be outside and able to enjoy the fresh air again!!

Great Grandpa Petersen came over and I was able to get a pic with him in it.
Grandpa loves his Matthew!!

Powell's have new baby sheep so we went down to feed the sheep and they let us play on their swing set as well as they played piano, cello and violin for us.  We'll just say I was WAY impressed!!!!

Meg thought feeding the lambs was fun!

She then played in the chicken coop (well...she stood there)

Swinging was a favorite!  Matt was home sleeping, but Mara and Meg had fun!

My dad would push Meg and run under her...She thought that was a BLAST!!
